Spot ETF

Analysent Wiki
An exchange-traded fund that is created and redeemed on a continuous basis by authorized participants.
A Spot Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is an investment fund traded on stock exchanges, much like stocks. Unlike futures-based ETFs, spot ETFs hold the underlying asset directly. Authorized participants can create or redeem ETF shares by delivering or receiving the underlying assets, which helps keep the ETF's market price closely aligned with its net asset value.
